Ingredients: 1 cup low-fat evaporated milk 1 cup vanilla yogurt 2 fresh peaches, washed, peeled, and sliced (pit removed); or 1 cup frozen peach slices. 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup ice cubes (not necessary if using frozen peaches) Directions: Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Makes two smoothies. |
