Ingredients: 1/4 cup strawberry or peach preserves or all-fruit spread 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 cups apple, pear, or peach slices Directions: Cut up any large pieces of fruit in the preserves. In a small mixing bowl, stir together preserves or all-fruit, yogurt and cinnamon. Cover and chill for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with assorted fruit slices. Great for playdates. Serves a small crowd. |
